though the zoom function still doesn’t work correctly? When you try to zoom the image does most things except zoom?

Um…Love this App…The movie fuction is not working everytime I tap on the movie it goes into youtube but it says youtube not available…How can I fix this, because my youtube works? other then that love the app.
Roki, Check for updates. The movie problem is fixed in 1.5, which is now available.
Please, go back to the old app. Just for one day. No crashes, freezes, ads, and with the zoom feature.

It’s simply not possible. First of all, it takes Apple several weeks to approve any update. Right now I’m having a very big problem getting an update approved, which I submitted several weeks ago. Since the app accesses Internet content, it requires a 17+ rating, which means I can no longer give out promo codes.

It isn’t possible to give you the old one, but the promo code will let you get a free copy of the ad-free version. BTW, the zoom is one thing I DIDN’T change since that version. It’s always been like that. try pinching up & down instead of right & left.

Hugely disappointed with the update, to the point of where I ended up replacing the ICHC app altogether with a bookmark icon created through Safari on my phone’s home screen. At least zooming works properly by going to the blog directly through Safari, and YouTube videos immediately trigger the YouTube app rather than going through two redirectons. Between barely functioning and the existence of other means for retrieving content that the app was providing being built into the iPhone, this app should never have had ads. There’s really no point in the app even existing at the moment.
I’m planning to pull the application completely. I’m tired of everyone bitching and tired of dealing with Apple since I’ve been waiting more than a month for them to approve an update. Go ahead and delete it. I don’t care.

I do have to say that I agree with the others; that the ads are annoying.
BUT, there is one possible ‘saving grace’…
Where does this ad revenue go? And for the paid version, where does the revenue go?
Does any of it go to Pet Holdings, Inc.? (the rightsholder for ICHC, the web site.)
If there is a legally-in-place revenue sharing agreement, then I have no problem with the ads, or the 99¢ version. As long as you personally aren’t making money off someone else’s commercial work, I have no problem.
I would like the ‘old’ zoom functionality put back in though; the current one is very twitchy.
Both paid and ad-supported applications are used with a license agreement and permission from I Can Has Cheezburger and the Cheezburger Network. We’ll be using the proceeds to continue to develop a better application and add more features for the Cheezburger Network of sites.

I really don’t understand about the old zoom function. I haven’t made any changes to it since I put in the create LOL feature. I really thought I was improving it. I’m planning to completely throw away the current code and switch to Three20 for the next version.
Reading comments like this makes me want to give up iPhone development completely. I’m getting very close to pulling it again, and this time it will be permanent.

I love you app. The current version works great for me – no problems at all. I love getting my daily fix of ICHC. Other photo blogs I like are People of Walmart, and This is why you’re fat.
Do you know how I go about putting ads onto your app?
I want to put up some 300×50 banners, however, it seems the ad sites are setup for publishers with big budgets. Ad mob seems to be affordable, but only offers 38×38 images.
